Dealers and Transporters now have a 100% cloud based nationwide platform that seamlessly matches the demand to move a car with the supply of the auto haulers.

 

The Account Executive (AE) -Sales is the primary point of contact between RunBuggy and Shipper Accounts (e.g. OEMs, Lending Institutions, Fleet management companies, Auctions, Dealer groups, Online Automotive platforms, etc.). The AE maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers in addition to creating new business partnerships. The AE is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The AE represents the entire range of company solutions products and services to assigned customers while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring the achievement of assigned customers' needs and RunBuggy’s expectations. The RunBuggy Account Executive must have a strong desire to disrupt an industry and grow the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate new and continuing initiatives between RunBuggy and Shipper customers.
  • Develop relationship with existing accounts using a consultative and customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Facilitate daily problem solving involving different internal(e.g. product development, operations, customer service) and external stakeholders
  • Establish and develop New Business relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of RunBuggy Personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet RunBuggy standards.
  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
  • Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing.
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed.
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements.
  • Comfortable leading discussions and communicating regularly with senior leadership on current status of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business.
  • Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in Automotive, Technology or a Startup environment.
  • Strong drive to beat targets, relentlessly positive attitude, and incredible work ethic with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to partner well with internal teams to deliver the highest quality service to RunBuggy clients.
  • The ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.

 

It Would Be Fantastic if you have the following Experience and Education too:

  • 4-year degree – Sales or Marketing.
  • 2-5 years’ experience as a successful Account Executive.
  • Remarketing and/or logistics experience a bonus.
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and $1m+ quota achievement.
  • Ability to demonstrate results from own pipeline generation; natural “hunter” preferred.
  • Tenacity and grit to close deals as forecasted.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technically adept, experienced with web technologies.
