The Training / Learning and Development Manager will oversee creation and execution of learning and training strategies that are required. The Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of training and execution. This will include identifying and implementing training materials, procedures, and requirements to facilitate optimal production and performance. This role will lead the RunBuggy team in making training programs more efficient and accessible for employees, minimizing on-boarding time, increasing employee satisfaction with training programs, and supporting employee retention and capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a culture of high performance, collaboration with multicultural cross-functional teams, continuous improvement, operational excellence initiatives, standard processes, and use of metrics for accountability and sustainability.
